Shipping Services

LONE WOLF is entitled to give the following shipping services. The entire shipping services are made available for each and every item. Moreover, the time of delivery system is estimated. The time of shipping system can vary due to a number of factors including holidays, service delays, weather etc.

The entire order have a 3 - 7 day processing time period

After order processing, the time period of Shipping is calculated which could be from 3 - 10 days depending on the Shipping address.

National Shipping Services

FedEx Ground/Delhivery/Aramex/Shiprocket/Bluedart etc - Average Delivery Time: 3 - 10 business days

Return Policy

For Returns, please initiate the process from your Order Panel. Return request window is open for 7 days from Delivered date.

For shipped merchandise, the returns may be for the cost of merchandise, the costs of shipping may not be refunded depending on the reason of return. The shipping cost may be deducted on returned products even if the order was delivered in any promotional offer.

All products must be in the same condition, unwashed and unworn.

If you consider your product falls under any given above reasons, please raise a return/exchange from your Order panel. It will take 3 - 4 business days after we receieve the product, in order to process any qualifying exchange or return. The Refund or Exchange as requested by the customer is done after the products have passed our quality check as soon as we receive the same.

Only single Refund or Exchange is possible per Order. Multiple exchange or refund on a single order would be rejected.

For Cash on Delivery Order Returns, you have to provide bank details with Bank A/c No and IFSC code or Wallet Details to reimburse the payment. It would take upto 5 - 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account

For Online Payment Order Returns, the payment would be reimbursed directly to your account from which the payment is made. It would take upto 5 - 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Order Loss

If your order is lost, you need to contact at Admin@lonewolfstore.in for help. We will surely perform with the service of carrier in order to the best of our capacity.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel the order from your Order Panel before it is shipped from the warehouse. If online payment is made, the money would be refunded within 5 - 7 working days.
